AV Committee Chair
The audio-visual committee manages the slides and audio presentations at our club luncheons. We typically have two members, a chair and a backup. Our current chair is retiring from the role and we are looking for a new chair.
Duties include organizing the media provided by club members and our monthly speaker/entertainer and running the presentations at the meetings. You need your own laptop and a commitment to attending each monthly luncheon or assuring another AV Committee member covers any meeting you cannot attend.
The AV Committee Chair does not have to be a club director.

Club Secretary
Lee Leonard, our current Secretary, will be stepping down July 2027. We are looking for a club member to be Assistant Secretary and to be ready to become Secretary when Lee retires.
Secretary duties include keeping minutes of Board Meetings (this is 99% of the time commitment), and assuring compliance with Villages, state and federal reporting requirements.
The Secretary is a club director and officer.

Board of Directors
We are always looking for members who want to join the board and take a leadership role in the club.
The duties of club directors are spelled out in our bylaws. The commitment is to attend board meetings which take place before each luncheon starting at 10:15 a.m. and to take a significant role on a board committee. Click here to see a list of the current directors.
